My Journey: From Manufacturer to Partner

I started in Sialkot following the old rules, but my reliance on inflexibility nearly ended my career. By forcing high Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) on emerging brands, I once watched a talented designer fail under the weight of excess inventory. That failure was my wake-up call; I realized that if my clients couldn’t grow, neither could I.
I identified the true frictions you face: inventory risk, quality gaps, and logistical headaches. To solve these, I transformed my approach from vendor to collaborator, founding Ukleid Apparel MFG.
Today, I’ve eliminated those barriers by offering scalable production and duty-paid shipping. I treat your brand with the same precision as my own, ensuring you can launch and lead without the traditional constraints that once held me back.

How We Became the Sole Manufacturer of the Medusa Leather Helmet

A few years ago, an Australian customer named Mark faced repeated rejections while searching for a manufacturer. After approaching several factories in China, India, and Pakistan, no one was willing to take on his complex project — a unique custom leather helmet called Medusa.With only a handful of photos and no technical drawings or samples, the challenge looked nearly impossible.

He eventually found our previous website and reached out to us. Although our team had never produced headwear before, we enthusiastically accepted the project.After six rounds of prototyping, careful refinements, and persistent testing, we successfully developed and delivered the Medusa leather helmet exactly as he envisioned.That project not only made us the sole manufacturer of the Medusa helmet, but it also became powerful proof of our ability to tackle difficult custom orders that others refuse.
