Product Representation: We pledge absolute honesty in all marketing materials. We will not use deceptive photography or exaggerated claims to sell products.
Disclosure of Defects: If a product has a flaw, it must be clearly communicated to the buyer before the transaction is finalized. We believe that hiding a defect erases the Barakah (blessing) of the profit.

Return Policy: We shall be easy-going regarding returns (Iqala). If a customer genuinely regrets a purchase, we will facilitate the return to maintain goodwill, as encouraged by the Sunnah.

Timely Wages: Ukleid International ensures that all employees and contractors are paid promptly and fairly.

Giving Back: A dedicated percentage of Ukleid International’s monthly profits will be channeled toward community welfare and helping the less fortunate.
Lawful Trade: We will never deal in products or services that are harmful to society or prohibited (Haram).

Never mislead a client to close a sale. If a delivery is delayed or a product has a limitation, inform the client immediately.

Promptness

We honor our debts and our deadlines. Pay suppliers on time and deliver to customers as promised. We believe delivering below than committed product is a deadly sin.
